Rates

All our rooms offer en-suite shower facilities and include full Scottish breakfast.

• Superior double/twin bedded rooms £70 to £80 per room per night
• Small double/twin bedded rooms £65 to £75 per room per night
• Rooms for single occupancy £45 to £65 per room per night

Payment methods: deposits or full payment may be made by most major credit cards, cheque or cash.

To secure a reservation the first night’s accommodation rate is required as deposit. For one night stays a deposit of 50% of the rate is required. Once a deposit is taken and the reservation guaranteed the deposit is non refundable.

On the day of arrival check in is between 5pm and 7pm, check in outside these times is possible with prior arrangement.

10am is check out time on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

We will always try to resell rooms if you must cancel your reservation following confirmation, but should you have to cancel your reservation or any part of your stay, the deposit for one night is non refundable. If not already actioned – the charge applies then. The full charge may be due for your reservation, if cancellation is within one week of arrival date. A ’no-show’ will be charged in full.
