Reservations

• Early departures will result in the full amount of booking being payable.
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit/debit card (card must be valid until end of stay).
• Reservations may be made upto one year in advance.
• Event dates/periods have specific terms and conditions and will differ to the normal terms and conditions of booking. You will be advised at time of booking if event terms and conditions apply to your stay/request.

General

• Kinnaird Guest House is a no smoking house, any one found smoking may be asked to leave and pay a £50.00 cleaning charge.
• A lost key will result in a £100.00 charge per lost key.
• No additional guests allowed overnight other than who is registered to stay.
• Kinnaird Guest House facilities are for the use of registered guests only.
